The fine print, in plain words

How does the free trial work?
Install Gradeshuttle and press Try Pro free for 7 days in the panel or in Settings. Every Pro feature switches on for a week. There is no card to enter and nothing to cancel: when the week ends you simply keep the Free plan, and your Pro settings wait for you if you buy later.
How does Pro get unlocked without an account?
Right after checkout you land on a page with your license key and an Add to Gradeshuttle button. We also email the key. The key is checked on your computer and contains only the plan, the expiry date and an order number. No name, no email, nothing to track you.
How do I cancel, change my card or get an invoice?
Use the billing portal: enter the email you paid with and Stripe sends you a sign-in link. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
What happens when my subscription renews?
Stripe charges $29 once a year and we email you a new key for the new year. Lost it? Ask for your key again.
What happens when Pro runs out?
Gradeshuttle goes back to Free. Your settings stay, and everything Free does keeps working. Nothing is locked away.
Can my school pay instead of me?
Yes. Schools and districts can pay by purchase order or invoice. If you already bought Pro and your school then buys a license, we’ll refund the unused part of your year.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to us from the contact page.
Is there a pilot for districts?
Yes. A free 30-day pilot for up to 25 teachers, with the privacy pack and a training session. Start on the contact page.
Do teachers in independent schools qualify for School pricing?
Yes. The School plan covers one school of any type: public, separate, Francophone, charter or independent.
